For debts:
1. Add a transaction using the "Payment of installments and installments" section. The cost will be the value of the debt you paid to that person, and you will link its contact person, specifying the start and end date of the debt,
2. When you receive the debt or part of it, you will add another transaction using the "Receiving the debts and premiums" section. The cost will be the amount received with the same contact.
